Movement & Mocktails is a workshop for women with lower back pain. Join Dr. Erin Ray from The Movement Collective and learn to fix your back pain for good!

Abington Mom + Baby Group

When I became a mom, I didn’t know what I was doing. I was deep in the postpartum fog, lonely at home all day, awake all night stress googling. Finding a Moms Group and connecting with other moms changed everything. I found that I wasn’t alone in the things I was experiencing. I had a place to ask real people questions, instead of google. And every time I went to a group I walked out a more confident mother.

Fast forward 4 years, I am now a Certified Postpartum Doula who hosts moms groups, and helps moms in my community find that same connection and confidence that my group gave me. If you are the mom of a baby 0-11 months old, I would love for you to join us in Abington on April 14th!
