Movement & Mocktails is a workshop for women with lower back pain. Join Dr. Erin Ray from The Movement Collective and learn to fix your back pain for good!

We will be doing 3 types of gentle exercises to figure out where your lower back pain is coming from, and you will leave this workshop knowing the best exercises you can do to support your back and relieve your pain.

Then, since we are all together and it’s a Friday evening, we are going to hang out and chat! There will be mocktails, gift bags, and someone will be going home with a great raffle prize: a fitness & wellness basket!

Abington Mom + Baby Group

When I became a mom, I didn’t know what I was doing. I was deep in the postpartum fog, lonely at home all day, awake all night stress googling. Finding a Moms Group and connecting with other moms changed everything. I found that I wasn’t alone in the things I was experiencing. I had a place to ask real people questions, instead of google. And every time I went to a group I walked out a more confident mother.

Fast forward 4 years, I am now a Certified Postpartum Doula who hosts moms groups, and helps moms in my community find that same connection and confidence that my group gave me. If you are the mom of a baby 0-11 months old, I would love for you to join us in Abington on April 14th!
